Welcome, I am The New Forest Sleep Consultant.

I am passionate about helping families reclaim healthy, rejuvenating sleep. My bespoke sleep packages are designed to guide your child towards better sleep habits while providing you with the tools and support to make lasting, positive changes.
With compassion and a non-judgemental ear, I will work closely with you to develop a customised plan that responds to your specific challenges, your personal sleep goals whilst respecting your parenting philosophy.

How I work...
Step 1
Discovery call
Book a free 15 minute call to discuss your sleep issues and discover if I can help you.
Step 2
3 Day sleep diary
Once the consultation is booked you will receive a sleep diary to complete over 3 days to return to me for assessment.
Step 3
1 hour consultation
We will discuss my assessment, your concerns and sleep goals to create a plan that meets the needs of your family.
Step 4
Personalised sleep plan
Your bespoke sleep plan and summary of any key points will then be sent via email.
Step 5
Follow up support
I will then be there to support you for the duration of your package.
